Dec. 4, President Bubble-Boy:
I told him that we're not satisfied with the pace of progress in Iraq, and that we want to continue to work with the sovereign government of Iraq to accomplish our mutual objectives, which is a free country that can govern itself, sustain itself, and defend itself; a free country which will serve as an ally in the war against the extremists and radicals and terrorists.

Emphasis added.

Jan. 12, spokesweasel Snow:
[al Maliki is] the sovereign head of state in Iraq.

What is the response of the sovereign government of Iraq to this:

Troops Authorized to Kill Iranian Operatives in Iraq

And so it goes. The Congress foolishly allowed this president to invade and occupy Iraq, which was not a threat to us. And now the president is doing what he can to pick a fight with Iran, also not a threat to us, without even a hint of consultation with the Congress.

I wonder if all the people who voted for Bush but who are now turning their back on him feel any remorse. Or is it just, back to American Idol and maybe we can just ignore this loser president until he goes away.
